Job Description: Are you a passionate and driven individual looking to kickstart your career in Dynamics 365 development? As an Entry-Level Dynamics 365 Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing, customizing, and maintaining our Dynamics 365 applications. You will collaborate closely with our senior developers and product owners to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet our business needs. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your skills and make a significant impact within a supportive and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Dynamics 365 applications based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with senior developers and product owners to design and implement solutions.
• Perform debugging and troubleshooting of Dynamics 365 applications.
• Assist in the integration of Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
• Work within SAFe delivery methodology to ensure timely and efficient delivery of solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with programming languages such as .Net framework, C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular JS, DataTables).
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Portal Pages and/or Power Pages.
• Basic understanding of Dynamics 365 modules and functionalities.
• Knowledge of the Azure platform.
• Knowledge of Visual Studio and Azure DevOps.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, fostering a positive and productive atmosphere.
• Ability to clearly articulate ideas and solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and technologies.
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally, staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Understanding of Agile principles and SAFe delivery methodology.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

*This position is based at our headquarters in Lexington, KY and relocation is not currently provided for this role. Preference will be given to local candidates due to these requirements.
