About the Role & Program:
D23: The Official Disney Fan Club is seeking a Digital Production Intern to support the team in bringing the magic of Disney to fans around the globe. This role will play a key part in delivering the latest content, offerings, and marketing campaigns across D23's web and app platforms. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, the intern will contribute to multiple digital projects spanning editorial content, events, and marketing initiatives.

What You Will Do:
As a Digital Production Intern, you will support the D23 Marketing team by:
- Publishing daily content on D23.com using WordPress, including breaking news, quizzes, and page updates.
- Organizing, editing, and managing digital assets for ongoing campaigns.
- Conducting basic quality assurance testing to optimize content across mobile and desktop platforms, including link verification and layout review.
- Leveraging Adobe Analytics to generate performance reports for campaigns and editorial content.
- Ensuring all published content aligns with brand guidelines, marketing strategies, and web best practices.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain an exceptional fan experience across digital platforms.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
We're looking for candidates with:
- Experience with WordPress or other content management systems.
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web development principles.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written communication skills, including copywriting and proofreading.
- Personal accountability, work ethic, and a collaborative mindset.
- A passion for Disney's history, films, animation, television, and theme parks, with an understanding of the D23 brand.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics or similar reporting tools.
- Previous experience in digital marketing or content production.
Education:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Digital Art, Web Design, or a related field.
- Seniors graduating in May/June 2025 preferred.
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree, taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information:
- Fully available for the entire program duration: June 2025 - January 2026 (6 months) from Monday through Friday.
- Able to provide own housing for the internship program duration in Glendale, CA.
- Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work.
- Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program.
The pay rate for this role in Glendale, CA is $35.00 per hour.
