The Custom and OEM Sales Specialist for Cytiva is responsible growing sales for the custom lab filtration product portfolios in their designated territory with a strong focus on design in for new and recurring business opportunities within all customer segments.

This position is part of the Discovery & Medical Business Unit located in Marlborough, MA and will be fully remote. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

• Develop strong business relationships with customers, by earning trust and loyalty through providing Cytiva Custom and OEM workflow solutions and becoming a trusted advisor.
• Attain or exceed the business objectives related to the Discovery product portfolio: developing new markets, succeeding in understanding assigned territory and accounts, targeting market segments, and introducing new products and unique workflow solutions as directed by company goals and strategy. 
• Build business strategies in assigned territory and partner with fellow Cytiva colleagues to achieve revenue growth targets.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s Degree in the Life Sciences field, or equivalent experience.
• 5 plus years of successful commercial experience, including but not limited to sales, marketing, technical support, and field applications support within biotechnology/pharmaceutical industries in Life Sciences research or a combination of experience post-bachelor working experience in a Biotech, Pharma, or Academic lab.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Willingness to travel 50% of time within assigned geographic assigned geographic territory

• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• High-level presentation skills: able to present complex ideas and projects to and from customers in a way that produces understanding and impact.
• QlikSense and CRM system like Salesforce.com

The salary range for this role is $105,000-$120,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
