Job Description- Performing customer needs assessments and solution-finding sessions.
- Determining areas of deficiencies within the client environment, as well as defining solutions to overcome discovered deficiencies.
- Build use case recommendations and educate prospects on relevant new features.
- Provides security engineering designs and implementation in all aspects of Information Assurance and IT Security Solutions (firewall, Proxy, email gateway, SEIM, DLP, Endpoint Security, Privilege Access management, Identity Management, Vulnerability Management Etc.)
- Participate in the selection, evaluation, implementation, and management of production security systems such as firewalls, enterprise antivirus, intrusion detection, remote access, engineering of servers, feeds, application protection, and encryption.
- Provide technical pre-sales support to various entities for the purpose of promoting and selling products/Solutions. Entities include potential customers, existing customers, partners, and resellers.
- Provide security recommendations on actions which assist in improving security posture within the CLIENT Environment.
- Leading projects or parts of projects where products under his product management assignment are concerned.
- Create and maintain documentation related to security configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Experience Requirements:
- B.A in Computer Engineering or any other related fields
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in security technologies for a similar role.
- Relevant security certifications (Security + Network+ Vendor specific certifications, , etc.
- Technical Skills:
- Good skills in implementing and configuring security solutions.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP communications and how common protocols and applications work at the network level.
- Experience in Security Technologies such as DLP, SIEM,PAM. IAM, EDR, XDR, Endpoint, NAC, FW/NGFW.
- Solid Knowledge of Fortinet, Forcepoint, Symantec, Beyond Trust, Sail Point, and Quest solutions.
- Knowledge of network monitoring, analysis, troubleshooting, and configuration control technologies.
- Experience with various operating systems including but not limited to Windows, and Linux.
- Solve technical problems and limitations.
- Experience with VPN, SSL, and other encryption methodologies
- Ability to communicate problems to customers.
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Arabic
