About the Role
We are seeking Cybersecurity & Software Engineering Specialists to contribute technical expertise to an AI training project. You will work across diverse codebases to debug software, identify vulnerabilities, improve application security, and optimize backend systems. Your practical engineering experience will help shape high-quality datasets used to train next-generation AI systems.
No prior AI experience is required. We are looking for professionals with strong cybersecurity and software engineering expertise who can provide accurate, real-world technical insights.
CONTRACT: Contractor
LOCATION: Remote — APJ, NAMER, LATAM, and EMEA
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, debug, and resolve software bugs and security vulnerabilities across diverse codebases.
- Implement features and improve existing functionality using Python 3, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.
- Refactor legacy code to improve maintainability, security, and performance.
- Conduct codebase audits, penetration testing, and security assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
- Contribute to backend development and optimize applications for scalability and security.
- Apply secure software development practices and assess potential security risks.
- Document technical findings and recommend practical improvements.
- Provide real-world engineering and cybersecurity insights to improve AI training datasets.
Requirements
- Professional experience with one or more of the following languages: Python 3, Java, Rust, Go, C++, or TypeScript.
- Demonstrated experience debugging, fixing software bugs, and working with complex codebases.
- Strong background in cybersecurity, penetration testing, security audits, or vulnerability assessment.
- Experience with codebase refactoring, algorithms, or software performance optimization.
- Understanding of secure software development practices and common security risks.
- Ability to communicate complex technical findings clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks according to project specifications.
Skills Required
