Trainer (Part-time)
How You’ll Support Our Mission
Trainers ensure our customers have the resources they need to be successful and are pivotal to our organization. As a part-time Trainer you will host training sessions for our clients.
Reporting to the Customer Training Manager you will be part of our Implementation & Training team based remotely.
This is a part-time role (less than 30 hours a week) with occasional travel for onsite training of customers.
What You’ll Be Doing - the day to day
- Primary POC for customer trainings (reschedules, questions).
- Conduct “End User”, “Administrator” or “Train the Trainer” training for customers on ESO products.
- Assist in answering customer specific questions during their implementation period.
- Aid in developing, designing, and delivering curriculum for training.
- Assisting with implementation (mobile interfaces and general application configuration and questions).
- Trainers will conduct training via Zoom meetings/webinars and Occasional Onsite training classes.
- Organize and schedule Customer trainings according to customer’s schedule.
- Work with Customer to structure training for the organization’s specific workflow.
- Aid in the set-up of peripherals such as Cardiac Monitors and Mobile devices.

- Has industry knowledge of how ESO software works in the fire, EMS and hospital settings
