Technical Support Representative
Fluidra is seeking a Technical Service Specialist to join the team at our CMP location in Newnan, Georgia.

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
- Advise sales, engineering, and product design on product specific challenges to ensure next generation designs consider existing design field issues.
- Provide telephone & field support to customers regarding how all CMP parts are used in the field or integrate with or replace competitive parts.
- Setup warranty stations as necessary to ensure full warranty coverage across the US.
- Support RMA process to ensure products are returned and customers receive replacement product as necessary.
- Participate in New Product Introduction as required.
- Support the Customer Service department as needed.
- Train Customer Service on product fit, form and function as well as frequent field questions.
- Maintain necessary documentation on tech service calls.
- Attend trade shows as required.
- Travel at a moment’s notice to support field issues as necessary.
WHAT WE SEEK
- Fluid Hydraulic knowledge and experience
- Mechanical knowledge
- Electrical Experience; ability to read technical and wiring diagrams
- Problem solving skills are a must
- CPO Certification a plus
- Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude to support both phone and field service technical issue resolution.
- Demonstrate ability to communicate at all levels of the customers’ organization.
- Ability to work within the company’s ERP and CRM environments.
- Able to work with little supervision
- Basic Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Excel and Word
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position works in an office environment with occasional visits to customer sites that require compliance with safety regulations.
