SAIC, a premier provider of advisory services to our customers, is seeking a strong Systems Integrator to support one of our most important customers and their mission activities. The position will provide strong programmatic support, from ensuring day-to-day activities are maintained as well as providing thought leadership for process improvement.

The position will provide strong programmatic support, from ensuring day-to-day activities are maintained as well as providing thought leadership for process improvement.
Qualifications
- TS/SCI with Poly
- Minimum of 14 years of relevant experience
- Experience with day-to-day activities to include check-in and check-out of personnel, submitting requests for computer accounts and folder accesses and ensuring documents such as phone trees and org charts are updated
- Experience managing agendas for tag-up meetings on projects
- Experience providing ad hoc support to include helping consolidate information for annual customer budget builds, consolidating inputs and editing them for incorporation in briefings, managing project schedules, coordinating action items and responses, submitting meeting requests, and tracking travel schedules
- Experience providing direct project support to include scheduling meetings, taking and distributing accurate meeting minutes, managing inputs for action item responses, creating and maintaining project master schedules, coordination on information for control gate milestone briefings, preparing project documentation (e.g. project plans) and interfacing with technical personnel as needed to ensure accomplishment of these functions
- Ability to help with the creation of a resource management board to help customers more effectively assign resources to project activities, and take the existing draft charter and initial construct and develop into a final product
