A Systems Administrator (Licensing focus) job is currently available at Belcan in Cincinnati, OH. This is a full time, direct hire position with full benefits. Great matching candidates will have 2 years' experience in a technical support role and knowledge of License services. Service Management or Support in a large-scale and diverse environment is highly desired.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Collaborate with SDS and functional partners across technical teams to manage IT & Security software assets across the enterprise
* Organize project teams comprising from internal and external technical and functional experts to deliver specialized software solutions
* Manage day-to-day execution of multiple interdependent projects by working directly with cross functional team and/or performing hands on technical execution when needed
* Possess a solid understanding of the technology stack and impact on final product
* Demonstrates business acumen, knows latest industry trends, and is looked at as an internal expert on the product as well as the associated competitive landscape
* Demonstrate strategic level skills in problem decomposition and ability to navigate through ambiguity
* Work with cross-functional teams to deliver products
* Prioritize continuously in accordance with the understanding and validation of customer problems and needs
* Translate unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work unit
* Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government security clearance
* Export Control Required
Desired Characteristics:
- Active US DOD Security Clearance
- Understanding and knowledge of DT Security control frameworks (i.e. NIST, ISO, etc.) as well regulatory requirements impacting DT systems (i.e. DFARS, ITAR, DoD/MoD, etc.)
- Experience in software asset management processes and tools including the issuing, delivering, monitoring, and revoking software licenses
- Proven experience using project management methodologies to deliver business value and drive significant change across an organization
- Strong leadership skills with ability to influence outcomes and organize teams to attain shared goals
- Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of an organization
- Self-starter who collaborates well with others to solve problems
- PMP, Scrum Master, Security+, or related certifications
