What you will be doing
In this role you will be responsible for providing desktop and server support to our Managed Services clients. This includes but is not limited to providing remote desktop and network support, providing on-site desktop and network support/administration, performing on-site moves, adds, changes, addressing monitoring alerts (proactive), assisting in on-site project implementation, and server support remotely and/or onsite for customers. Will need to work Mountain Central Time in the North, either onsite in Helena, MT or remote.

• Installs, maintains and upgrades internal computer hardware and software systems used for designing and developing company products. Controls user access and passwords.
• Proposes and implements system enhancements that will improve reliability and performance of system.
• Monitors usage and performance. Troubleshoots server, software and hardware issues.
• Researches, evaluates and recommends software and hardware products.
• Supports Web access and electronic messaging services and maintains a secure systems environment.
• Basic administrative and end user support for M365 and Intune MDM products
• Remote virtual server support for our customers hosted VMware environment
• TCP/IP network troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve communication issues
• Desktop provisioning and imaging skills using industry standard tools
• Overseeing multidomain segmentation for complex international banking environment
• Change control, security and process driven troubleshooting for an international banking security platform with strict regulatory compliance

What you bring:

• 4+ years of professional experience in a Windows System Administration support role
• Experience providing support for Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, DNS, DHCP, etc...
• Preferred experience with complex Data center level knowledge of VMWare
• Strong knowledge of implementing and utilizing remote network management and monitoring tools.
• Experience configuring, implementing, and supporting network operating systems: Windows Server, Windows Desktop, MS Office, Outlook/Exchange, anti-virus, back-ups and other various desktop applications
• Strong of File Server and Print Server management skills
• Experience supporting Citrix Storefront at the client and network level
• Ability to travel to client locations to address onsite support needs and maintain a flexible work schedule
• Microsoft Azure administrative experience is a plus
• Support experience with BackOffice Applications is desired
• Experience using SeviceNOW Ticketing system is a plus
• MCP/MCTS certification is highly desired or equivalent experience
