Here’s your opportunity to work on-site using remote access tools and an on-line knowledge base to assist 250,000 end-users with computer issues on a U.S. Marine Corps Enterprise Network.
Job Duties:
• Computer support via email, phone or a remote desktop connection
• Microsoft Office 2010/2013, SharePoint 2013, Windows 7 / 10 troubleshooting
• Resolving issues relating to all 7 OSI layers and PKI authentication.
• Using a Remedy Ticketing System to create and manage tickets.
• Managing Print, DHCP, DNS and File Share services.
• Active Directory / Microsoft Exchange support.
Requirements:
• DOD Secret Security Clearance- If you had a clearance within the past 24 months, we may be able to reactivate it.
• CompTIA Security+ CE – Prior to start
• 1 Year of IT experience
