At Motorola Solutions, we create technologies our customers refer to as their lifeline. Our technology platforms in communications, software, video and services help our customers work safely and more efficiently. Whether it’s helping firefighters see through smoke, enabling police officers to see around street corners, or reliably keeping the lights on in homes and businesses around the world, our work supports those who put their lives on the line to keep us safe. Bring your passion, potential and talents to Motorola Solutions, and help us usher in a new era in public safety and security.
Department OverviewEvery day, thousands of times a day, our systems deliver the most critical information in the world. It could be a 911 operator processing a call for help, a police officer calling for backup, a fire chief directing a rescue, or a video stream that helps triage the most critical patients. This sensitive information must be delivered to the right people — quickly, securely, and without disruption. That’s why we are here. We are the Cybersecurity team, and our job is to make sure that Motorola technology solutions are secure from the ground up. We build encryption solutions. We audit for secure design. We test and even attack our own systems so we are better prepared for today’s world. We also teach: creating secure architecture, writing secure code, and thinking like the adversary. Because our goal isn’t just to build security into our products; we build it into our culture.
