MDM /MS InTune Administrator

As a MDM/InTune Adminstrator, you will be using your skills and expertise to problem solve and architect challenging, new IT solutions. You'll be responsible for planning, analysis, and design of our enhancements, major deployments, upgrades, and user/role based security. Your technical responsibilities include the application of our server based IT system methodologies and concepts.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Implementing MS Intune (green field environment)
- Implement Application Deployment, Windows Store for Business, Autopilot.
- Experience with mobile devices such as iOS, macOS, and Windows 10.
- Supporting migrations to Windows 10 and Mac OSX using Intune.
- Create and maintain departmental documentation Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements including re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, optimizing service delivery and automating manual processes
Must-haves:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 6 or more years of relevant experience
- Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
- Strong experience troubleshooting\managing Windows 10 and Microsoft's upgrade cycle
- Strong experience managing/configuring Microsoft Office
- Experience troubleshooting\managing Windows 10 and Microsoft's upgrade cycle
- Experience with Office 365/Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise
- Expert in troubleshooting and configuring workstation hardware
- Experience managing endpoints using latest version of System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- Experience managing mobile devices using an MDM/EMM
- Ability to demonstrate strong networking fundamentals
- Strong experience automating tasks using PowerShell and/or Visual Basics
- Strong experience in managing Windows Server 2016 or higher
Preferred:
- Experience troubleshooting and configuring Dell & Microsoft workstations specifically
- Experience managing/configuring Office 365/Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise
- Experience managing and configuring M365 solutions
- Experience in configuring and managing large/scalable VDIs solutions
- Experience managing enterprise wide projects

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $101,774.67 - $139,940.19
Sierra Space offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
