Fusion Technology is a performance-driven HUBZone Small Business concern residing in the heart of the beautiful mountainsides of West Virginia, steps away from the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Criminal Justice Information Services Division's Headquarters. Founded in 2007 by an Engineer-by-trade, Fusion Technology dedicates our valuable resources to providing comprehensive IT services and solutions to mission-critical US Government programs and the Intel Community.
In 2020, we established Fusion ESG. Fusion Enterprise Solutions Group (ESG) is a division of Fusion Technology created in response to emerging demands on IT Integration closely related to human factors in the workplace. Operating from the Eastern Shore of Maryland in the idyllic town of Easton, Fusion ESG is a Technology Integration Contractor (TIC) that provides turnkey design, engineering, implementation, logistical, project management, and quality assurance solutions and services to mission-critical facilities worldwide.
Who are you?
- Trusted Professional: You are well educated, possessing at least a high school diploma. You also are capable of going through the hoops to obtain and maintain a USG security clearance.
- Self-Starter: You possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and have a track record of following through on commitments. You take direction well and are a motivated self-starter. You are also open and excited to learn new technologies, and are well-versed in Microsoft Office applications
What you’ll do:
This position will work under the direction of the Director of Operations and/or their designee within our ESG Division. The candidate’s primary responsibility will be to manage personnel, equipment, and material logistics (e.g., coordinating air travel, lodging, ground transportation, shipping, certification, and documentation, etc.) for our management and technical staff for travel CONUS and OCONUS. Secondary duties included assisting with general office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, meeting preparation, greeting, and hosting visitors, reordering supplies, and other assigned tasks. The candidate may also assist with project documentation, creating and editing spreadsheets and communications as it is related to client and/or projects under contract.
- Estimating, booking, and coordinating corporate travel and logistics for projects and proposals
- Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
- Position will serve as company ambassador for all visitors and deliveries
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party
- Using computers, copiers, faxes, etc. to generate or support work products of the SA
- Assist the PMO for deliveries and shipping
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
- Anticipate the needs of others to ensure a seamless and positive experience
