Are you an experienced, passionate pioneer in technology? The Government Public Service (GPS) Strategic Growth Offering (SGO) Operate Pursuit team is looking for a Operate Management Lead to join our team. As an experienced Operate Management Lead you will have the ability to direct efforts of cross-competency teams and administer practices to maximize efficiency within an organization. Some of the major responsibilities of this role include:
- Conduct regular project reviews and communicate the status of projects in both a formal and informal setting?
- Experience leading large scale products, including software development while leveraging a wide array of technologies
- Communicate the projects status throughout the project lifecycle to all team members
- Provide regular and timely feedback to team members and clients
- Identify and resolve issues that may negatively impact a project or project deliverables
- Seek innovative ways to remove project obstacles
- Provide continuous improvement by re-engineering of processes to ensure quality and efficiency
- Comfort in logically structuring PowerPoint presentations, meetings, and other communications

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelors' degree in business related field and or equivalent professional work experience
- 7+ years of experience with managing large scaled IT Modernization projects
- Strong written and verbal communications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented
Preferred:
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Ability to facilitate discussions on scrum or agile best practices, workflows, and tools
