IT Administrator, Little Caesars Arena
The Opportunity
Delaware Nort is hiring a Network Operator to join our team for Midwest Region. As a Network Operator, you will work with the Operation Lead to support daily technical operations at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. The IT Administrator will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of all computing technology associated with applications, data, communications, hardware, and networks.
Responsibilities
- Provide maintenance and support for desktop and laptop computers and provides end-user support for hardware and software systems.
- Assist with the implementation of solutions at the operating location, and ensure that these solutions are consistent with the overall IT strategy of Delaware North.
- Set up computer software and hardware for new and existing associates, set up and maintain all user account and computer configurations.
- Actively prioritize and resolve issues and end-user help requests during normal business hours as well as during events.
- Record, track, and document the help desk request problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made, and actions are taken, through to the final resolution.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
- Experience with point of sale, property management systems, retail systems, cloud-based computing, network support, and Windows required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and sales skills in a customer service-driven industry.
- Must be team-oriented and able to prioritize job responsibilities to meet the needs of the operation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- An associate degree in business or a related field is preferred.
