- Collaborate cross-functionally within a pod of IR&R teammates, including consultants from both Cybersecurity and Cloud & Infrastructure practice areas
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies and processes, or recover existing systems, to allow our clients to resume enterprise-wide operations
- Architect, engineer, deploy, and/or recover critical infrastructure technologies for on-prem and cloud environments
- Act as technical lead and client POC for all infrastructure recovery efforts related to the breach
- Drive new business with existing clients by identifying unique opportunities and communicating them to the appropriate client leads, account managers, and/or business developers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience required
- Consulting firm/industry experience preferred
- 6-10+ years of experience in an IT infrastructure engineering/architecture role in areas such as systems, servers, cloud services, virtualization, networking, storage, hosting, or tools/application platforms

- Strong sense of urgency with comfortability delivering solutions in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to learn new cloud and infrastructure technologies to enable delivery of cutting-edge solutions
- Bonus – familiarity with incident response procedures (I.e. triaging, forensics) or experience having supported a corporate IT environment through a ransomware event or data breach
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including occasionally weekends and overnights, in exchange for schedule flexibility when not actively responding to a client cybersecurity incident
