Title: HubSpot Platform Specialist
Location: Remote
Reports To: Engineering Manager

LTK MarTech team is responsible for using MarTech platforms such as HubSpot to drive engagement, provide better service and convert prospects to LTK customers. The opportunities are endless, are YOU ready? 

We are currently seeking a HubSpot Platform Specialist to join our expanding MarTech team to manage and optimize our HubSpot account. This person is also responsible for implementing requests received from internal teams to fully use and optimize our HubSpot account. 

Required Qualifications: 

  • 4+ years experience in HubSpot and/or equivalent HubSpot certifications.
  • Regularly QA systems and integrations to ensure they are functioning properly
  • Proven track record in managing a Hubspot platform
  • 2+ years experience with data integrations into HubSpot or other CRM / MarTech Platform 
  • Building lead gen attribution reporting identifying origin with tracking to convervision
  • Connecting reporting and trigger messaging between departments to show holistic funnel configurations

Responsibilities / HubSpot Features: 

  • Advanced understanding of the HubSpot Marketing, Sales and Service hubs, as evidenced by prior work and/or HubSpot Certifications
  • Expertise in HubSpot Sales Hub:
    • Configuring Deal Pipelines
    • Automating Deal Stages
    • Reporting / Custom Dashboards based on deal stages
    • Revenue Attribution
  • Expertise in Hubspot Service Hubs: 
    • Tasks / Task Queues
    • Tickets / Ticket Pipelines 
    • Conversations Inboxes, Live Chat
  • Develop, deploy and maintain workflows and automation 
    • Audit to ensure workflows are configured correctly 
  • Data Quality and Integration Expertise: 
    • Contacts / Companies (Maintenance, Duplicate Management, List Management, Data Quality enforcement)
    • Custom Integrations (with other web apps and back office systems)
    • Data Sync / Export
    • Custom Objects and Properties
    • Data Associations
  • QA and Testing Experience to ensure that automations, data integrations are working as expected
  • Proactive approach to optimizing hubspot to unlock features that will help service and sales teams be more productive in serving customers and moving leads down the sales funnel
