Job Description:
Job Purpose: Will support existing functionality in the Community Cloud vertical of the Salesforce platform. Will coordinate high priority case management dedicated to maximizing the value of the Salesforce product while adhering to sound ITSM practices. Will design, develop, code , test integrate and debug programs of high complexity. Will configure, customize, integrate tasks for in-house developed systems and/or purchased hardware and software solutions. Will develop major system modules, programs or infrastructure based on requirements gathered from system customers to support infrastructure component change management.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering (any) or related area.
- 4 years progressive experience in supporting Salesforce platform with experience in Apex Code , Java, .Net , Visualforce , Sales cloud, Service cloud, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WSDL, SQL ,REST and SOAP API.
Alternatively, will accept 8 years of work experience in lieu of a Bachelors Degree.
