If so, we have an exciting opportunity as a Manager of Cybersecurity Education, Program Manager at Capital One on our Cyber Human Risk Awareness Team. Our team is fast paced and composed of motivated team members. We are seeking a candidate who is highly organized and process focused who will enable continued delivery on some of our technology organization's top priorities. The ideal candidate will have experience with program development, project management, critical thinking, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
About the Team:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cybersecurity Education, Program Manager to oversee and manage our cyber education initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring educational programs focused on cybersecurity and technology.
Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing a comprehensive cyber education curriculum
• Collaborating with instructors and subject matter experts to ensure program effectiveness
• Managing program budgets and resources efficiently
• Monitoring program outcomes and making data-driven improvements
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 6 years of experience with technology training program management
• At least 3 years of experience with cybersecurity technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience with developing and delivering educational programs
• Knowledge of industry best practices in cybersecurity education
• Project or program management certification
