Bank of Georgia’s Information Security Department is looking for a Cyber Threat Analyst (Mid/Senior) for its Security Operations Center (SOC).
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a similar role;
Knowledge of Windows/Linux operating system architecture and security;
Experience with logging configuration and monitoring tools on Windows/Linux systems;
Knowledge of security tools for various Cloud environments;
Experience working with various tools such as EDR, SIEM, Azure/AWS/GCP, IPS, WAF, Proxy, etc.;
Experience with query languages for searching and processing data within tools (EDR, SIEM, etc.);
Experience in developing and continuously improving test cases and detection rules;
Experience working with the MITRE ATT&CK framework;
Knowledge of programming or scripting languages (such as Bash, Python, PowerShell, etc.) is preferred;
Experience with forensic tools is preferred;
Penetration testing experience is preferred;
Proficiency in English;
Strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills;
High motivation and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring infrastructure for threats using security tools;
Monitoring and responding to alerts from various security systems;
Deploying, administering, and configuring cybersecurity tools;
Improving and refining cyber threat detection and response capabilities;
Participating in Purple Teaming processes.
