Excelity is seeking a Cyber Software Engineer for a project responsible for building the next generation Mission Integration System for an exciting Government customer with a very critical mission. The candidate will work with the engineering team and customer to ensure successful development of high profile, complex, technical deliverables that are core to the continued success of our award-winning projects.

Description:
The candidate will work within a cross-functional Agile Scrum Team primarily focusing on building and maintaining systems running in a containerized environment.
Required Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of relevant experience; OR a Master’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience; OR a PhD with 4+ years of relevant experience an additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree requirement
- Significant Java and Python development experience
- Experience with SQL
- Shell Script experience
- Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux
- TS/SCI with Poly
Preferred Skills:
- Security+ or equivalent certification and willingness to serve as a privileged user supporting deployed systems testing
- Experience with Kubernetes (Red Hat OpenShift or another variant)
- Familiarity with NiFi
- Experience with cross-domain systems
- Experience with JavaScript
