Swift is actively seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security System Engineer (ISSE) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the security and accreditation of information systems, performing risk assessments, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a robust security posture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage up to 10 A&A packages independently, ensuring timely updates, quality documentation, and full compliance with customer requirements.
- Develop new A&A packages from inception through final ATO approval.
- Provide evidence and respond to security control requirements within the customer’s A&A tool (e.g., Greenlight or equivalent).
- Maintain and track Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs) after ATO issuance.
- Process Security-Relevant Changes (SRCs) and document all modifications to system configurations.
- Collaborate closely with the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) on system changes, approvals, and ongoing compliance needs.
- Perform vulnerability and compliance scans using Rapid7.
- Work with development teams to ensure systems are patched regularly and all software versions remain current.
- Conduct audits using Splunk, AWS CloudWatch, and AWS CloudTrail.
- Navigate AWS Console (CAP) to gather evidence, validate configurations, and ensure system compliance.
- Demonstrate familiarity with AWS serverless technologies such as Lambda, and containerized platforms.
- Use JIRA and Confluence for workflow management, documentation, and collaboration.
- Understand and work across multiple customer environments or fabrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred) in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, system engineering, or information assurance.
- Strong technical expertise in computer network design, implementation, and accreditation.
- Proven ability to provide oversight and coordination for multiple contractors supporting program objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Expertise in certification and accreditation processes.
- In-depth knowledge of security policies and frameworks such as:
- US citizenship and an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required

Pay Range: $49,996.80 - $290,004.00
Pay ranges are a general guideline and not intended as a guaranteed and/or implied final compensation or salary for this job opening. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several different factors including, but not limited to: level of position, complexity of job responsibilities, geographic location, work experience, education, certifications, Federal Government contract labor categories, and contract wage rates.
