SRC is searching for a Cybersecurity Engineer III to support a Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific program.This program designs, develops, and deploys a continually evolving line of products capable of producing synthetic scenarios within Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) environments to drive the simulation of systems during training, testing, and analysis.
- Conducting information system security engineering activities, such as capturing and refining information security requirements and ensuring integration into information technology components through purposeful design and configuration

FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWARD
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, SW engineering, or cybersecurity
- Eight plus years in cybersecurity
- IA Level I or higher certification (A+CE, CCNA-Security, CND, Network+CE, SSCOP)
- NIA or NSA RMF cybersecurity experience
- Four plus years of experience with tenable security center and nessus
- Four plus years of experience with SCAP compliance checker
- Experience participating in system design reviews during the development lifecycle to ensure security control considerations are incorporated and implemented during system hardware and software development
SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT. THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET / SCI LEVEL.
Travel Requirements- 20%; traveling to perform security assessments
