About the Role
Providing a secure and trustworthy customer journey is one of our most important objectives. In order to expand our cybersecurity capabilities and compliance adherence, Cosma International is seeking a Security Analyst to assist in its global cybersecurity and compliance responsibilities. The Security Analyst will report directly to the Group Security Manager. The main objective for the Security Analyst is to assist in implementing the global cybersecurity vision and strategy across our global entities. The Security Analyst will assist in coordinating regional security and compliance initiatives working in collaboration with Magna Global CISO, Cosma International group leadership, regional leadership and several core business support functions, including but not limited to Human Resources, Audit, Compliance, Privacy and Data Protection, Procurement, Business Controls, Finance, Legal, Communications and Operations. A primary focus of this position will be helping secure Cosma's OT and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
Your Responsibilities

  • As a cybersecurity analyst, this position is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities required both internally and externally to ensure compliance and risk mitigation. Duties include:
  • Support implementation, tracking and compliance enforcement of Corporate Security and Information Security policies and programs.
  • Provides guidance and expert advice to different business units in areas of information technology and cyber security as it relates to projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Asset Management, covering identification and documentation of information and supporting assets.
  • Support of Securing and monitoring of information systems for IT and OT.
  • Ensure Human Resource Security related policies are followed.
  • Ensure compliance with all Information Security controls required by local laws, regulations and contracts.
  • Enforcement and monitoring of logical & physical Access Control measures.
  • Actively seeks resolution, mitigation or closure in identified security risks and gaps.
  • Help develop and update disaster recovery plans and business continuity plans, testing and training.
  • Work with the OT and I4.0 teams to identify and address security risks.

Who we are looking for

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Security, Information Systems, or equivalent proof of baseline knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge of various frameworks/regulations such as ISO 27001/2, NIST 800-53, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, GDPR, TISAX, SOX, ITIL, COBIT, COSO or similar.
  • 5+ years of multi-domain security experience.
  • 5+ years of Security, or IT experience.
  • Accredited certifications a plus, such as: CISSP, OSCP, GCIH (Certified Incident Handler) GCIA (Certified Intrusion Analyst) CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker) CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate)
  • Automotive or Manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Industrial Controls knowledge preferred.
  • Industry 4.0 knowledge preferred.
  • Previous SOC / NOC experience a plus
  • Data analytics and PowerBI experience ideal.
