What You’ll Be Doing
Building high‑performance software in C that leverages deep Windows Internals knowledge to support a critical customer mission.
Embedding with the mission team on-site, working daily with subject matter experts in C, Windows internals, and related low-level disciplines.
Designing, implementing, testing, and refining advanced capabilities with other senior engineers to meet complex and evolving mission needs.
Applying reverse engineering and/or vulnerability research skills to uncover system behaviors, identify new approaches, and prototype novel solutions.
Troubleshooting and debugging at the system and kernel level, ensuring robustness, security, and performance under demanding conditions.
Contributing to a culture of technical excellence by sharing knowledge, mentoring teammates, conducting design/code reviews, and continually sharpening your own skills in C, Windows internals, and low‑level engineering.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph (current and in-scope).
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Additional years of directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
10+ years of related experience in low‑level software development.
Strong, hands-on experience with Windows internals, such as:
Kernel architecture
Driver and device model
Memory management
Process/thread models
Security mechanisms
Advanced proficiency in C programming, with a track record of building software that is:
High‑performance
Reliable and maintainable
Security‑conscious and robust
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Expert‑level reverse engineering experience, including tools, techniques, and methodologies used in low‑level analysis.
