Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to provide analytical and light administrative support to our Stewardship and Engagement and Proxy Voting Operations teams. Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will serve as a first point of contact for incoming engagement requests, conducting initial assessments and preparing key inputs to help analysts determine whether to accept a given request. They will also take ownership of engagement scheduling.

Beyond scheduling and intake, this individual will help prepare engagements and draft records in the team’s engagement tracking software for engagement logging purposes. They will draft research and analysis on shareholder proposals, with all outputs reviewed, edited, and finalized by a covering analyst who will make the ultimate vote recommendation. The role also includes conducting independent research to inform analyst vote decisions — for example, on executive compensation matters — as well as reviewing company disclosures to support our outcomes harvesting process.
