What you’ll do:
Coordinate a team to help to achieve business goals.
Plan, analyze private campaigns, focusing on reactivation, upselling, cross selling, player engagement and retention.
Managing the planning and continuous optimization of private promotions, ensuring performance and alignment with commercial goals.
Maintain campaigns reporting and operational processes to ensure flawless execution.
What you’ll bring:
Managerial skill and attitude.
Knowledge of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and promotional campaign logic.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and turn data into actionable next steps.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in parallel.
Collaborative team player with strong communication skills, fluent in both Italian and English.
Customer-centric approach.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and automation platforms would be a great plus (e.g. Optimove or similar).
