CVM Executive
Superbet is growing fast — expanding into new markets, launching innovative technologies, and working towards a bold vision: to excite the world. As we scale, our Customer Value Management (CVM) team plays a crucial role in deepening customer engagement and driving lifetime value. We’re now looking for a proactive, driven CVM Executive to help lead this mission.
Reporting into the Head of Customer Value Management, you’ll take ownership of executing our A/B testing pipeline, ensuring campaigns are set up, monitored, and reported with precision. This role is about making things happen — getting campaigns live, tracking results, and keeping everything running smoothly.
At the same time, you’ll be learning directly from the Head of CVM, gaining exposure to strategy, commercial decision-making, and the bigger picture of how we retain and grow customer value. Over time, this role is designed to develop into a more senior, strategic position as you build your skills.
This is a junior-level role, perfect for someone smart, proactive, and reliable who wants to build a career in CVM and commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end execution of CVM campaigns and tests (setup, monitor and report).
- Work closely with the Head of CVM to ensure flawless delivery of planned activities.
- Track performance, identify issues early, and recommend improvements.
- Analyse customer data and qualitative insights to uncover growth opportunities.
- Maintain documentation and ensure all campaigns are delivered to high standards.
- Understand local customer and business needs in each market Superbet operates in.
- Monitor competitor lifecycle and retention strategies to identify trends, gaps, and areas for differentiation.
What we are looking for
- Experience within a digital B2C environment
- Experience coordinating internal stakeholders to deliver an initiative.
- High-level understanding of the customer lifecycle within a digital B2C business.
- Highly reliable, organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Strong communication skills – clear, proactive and collaborative.
- Problem-solving mindset – able to spot issues and suggest potential solutions.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Interest in the sports betting & gaming industry (experience in the industry is a bonus, not required).

- Proficiency with analytics tools (Excel, Tableau, SQL).
- Understanding of customer motivations to bet
- Understanding of sports betting & gaming business model and performance drivers
