Why this role exists

We help customers get more value from Koronet by changing how they work—whether that’s buying smarter, serving their own buyers better, or cutting out friction.

Role Overview

We’re one team with one goal: delivering actual value. We share what we learn from customers, help our colleagues succeed, and focus on outcomes, not just checking boxes like 'completed call' or 'closed ticket.'

Transactions at Koronet

Transactions connects how our customers actually work with what our platform can do. We sit between customer feedback and product development, turning what we see in the field into real product improvements. We don't just 'do tasks'—we look for ways to solve problems and use what we learn to make the whole platform better for everyone.

What you will do

  • Understand how customers operate: buying, selling, inventory, and operational friction.
  • Guide customers to get more value by suggesting practical behavior changes.
  • Lead discovery to uncover real constraints and trade-offs rather than surface-level issues.
  • Give honest advice on what Koronet can do, what needs a workaround, and what isn't possible yet.
  • Treat objections as valuable feedback, not personal rejection.
  • Drive adoption through testing, follow-through, and clear evidence of progress.
  • Share field insights with Product, Support, Marketing, and Sales to improve our product and strategy.

How you will work with other departments

  • CS & Implementation: Prioritize measurable customer value over "completed tasks."
  • Product & Support: Provide specific evidence, workflows, and outcomes to guide development.
  • Marketing & Revenue: Use real-world feedback to improve messaging and targeting.
  • Growth Systems: Use account data to prepare for smarter, more relevant conversations.

What success looks like

  • Increased digital buying and selling in our ecosystem
  • The team understands exactly why actions succeed or fail and applies that learning.
  • Customers trust us because we’re transparent and don't oversell.
  • The wider team gets clear, early feedback that makes our product and workflows better.

A few things this role isn't!

  • A reactive ticket-queue owner or a replacement for implementation.
  • A quota-chaser who makes promises other teams have to clean up.
  • A project coordinator focused only on tracking activity.
  • A silo; you are the direct link between our customers and our product team.

What do we expect from you

  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B operational transformation.
  • Fluent in English (must).
  • Enjoy speaking with customers and feel comfortable leading difficult conversations.
  • Listen well and communicate clearly, connecting changes to real customer incentives.
  • Handle objections with curiosity and use them to improve future conversations.
  • Has strong organizing skills.
  • Team Player, who shares information and puts company goals first.
  • Experience in the floriculture industry will be considered a strong plus.

What We Offer:

  • An independent, flexible, and versatile role within a fast-growing international organization.
  • Flexible / Remote working environment.
  • We encourage continuous learning and professional growth.

Why Join Koronet:

  • Global and Remote-First: Work with a diverse team across the Americas and Europe, with flexibility to work from anywhere.
  • Ownership Culture: We foster an environment where each team member takes ownership and is empowered to contribute to the company's success.
  • Growth & Development: We support continuous professional growth and offer financial assistance for technical certifications and other learning opportunities.
  • Compensation: Competitive salary and an indefinite contract, with salary negotiable based on experience.

If you're passionate about making an impact and growing with a dynamic, remote-first company, we want to hear from you!

What We Do

Koronet is the leading vertical SaaS, B2B e-commerce, and payments software company serving the $50 billion annual global B2B floral industry. Our solutions include an inventory and operations management platform and an e-commerce network that facilitates end-to-end transactions throughout the supply chain. By supporting many of the largest businesses in the industry, we help keep florists' shelves stocked, weddings beautifully bloomed, and Valentine’s Day vibrant. At Koronet, we are proud to be the parent company of some of the most trusted ERP, operations, and e-commerce solutions in the floral industry, including Komet Sales, Axerrio, and UNOSOF. With teams spread across Florida, Ecuador, Argentina, Uruguay, the Netherlands, and Colombia, our reach is truly global. Through our expansive network of partners, we connect hundreds of flower growers, importers, and wholesalers, who together represent a significant portion of the global floral market. Our mission is clear: to unify the floral supply chain by delivering mission-critical business operations solutions that power the largest B2B e-commerce network in the industry. Backed by a leading growth equity fund, we continue to expand rapidly across North America and Europe, growing both organically and through strategic acquisitions.
