Overview:

The Air Force Life Cycle Management/ Unified Platform is responsible for developing and sustaining a cloud-based platform that enables cyber operations across the Department of Defense (DoD). UP provides USCYBERCOM Operational Forces a Joint cyber operations infrastructure enabling full- spectrum cyberspace operations at the operational through tactical levels of warfare as part of USCYBERCOM’s Joint Cyber Warfighting Architecture (JCWA). Rackner will be working with UP to provide developer, engineering, and other resources to support the development, deployment, and maintenance of the DevSecOps Platform and Pipeline Services within the Infrastructure Value Stream.


Position Overview/Responsibilities:

Rackner is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team in support of Unified Platform. The Customer Success Manager will work with internal and external teams who wish to run applications hosted on a UP platform. Will work with all team members to ensure that the pipelines created by the team are well documented and easily understood by software developers and in some cases, cyber operators. The Customer Success manager will create documents, diagrams, and instructional resources to assist others in learning how to use the pipelines and apply DevSecOps principles to their applications.

  • Consult with partners and stakeholders to determine training needs
  • Create and maintain documentation and training materials for internal and external customers
  • Enable efficient communication and collaboration
  • Advise internal and external customers with appropriate advice and recommendations for the successful implementation of pipelines

  • Good organizations, data, and analytical abilities
  • Excellent use of time-management
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Possess leadership skills and works well within a team environment
  • Active TS Clearance(SCI eligibility)
