The Role
The role of Customer Technology Advisor is a strategic position within the Go-To-Market team, focused on delivering innovative technology solutions and exceptional value to customers. Acting as a trusted advisor and certified expert, you will collaborate closely with Kyndryl Consult Partners and customer stakeholders to identify business and technical requirements, create cross-practice solutions, and drive profitable deals.
Your responsibilities span consulting, advisory, and architecture activities across sales, pre-sales, and delivery, including leading the pre-sales process and ensuring compliance with best practices. You will showcase Kyndryl’s capabilities through compelling demonstrations, proofs of concept, and prototypes, while building strong relationships with external alliance partners. Success in this role requires deep technical knowledge, strong business acumen, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for innovation. By shaping future technology solutions and fostering customer success, you will play a pivotal role in Kyndryl’s growth and industry leadership.

Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree
- 7+ years of AI and Data consulting experience, or other relevant experience in AI & Analytics domain, with a proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
- Collaborate with customers and account partners in different industries to identify new data management and AI opportunities, and build proposals and pitch materials to position Kyndryl as a trusted partner for AI & Data transformation
- Experience in designing and implementing data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance across AI and analytics initiatives
- Having led data strategy development to align with business goals, including data acquisition, storage, processing, and lifecycle management
- Experience with data integration efforts across disparate systems and platforms to enable unified analytics and AI capabilities
- In-depth understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI techniques
Good knowledge of AI frameworks, tools, and platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent spoken and written German and English language skills
The minimum yearly salary suitable for this full-time role as a Customer Technology Advisor Data & Artificial Intelligence is €68,320. Your actual salary will be discussed in a personal interview, taking into account your professional experience as well as qualifications and educational background.
