Customer Service Support – 12 months contract
We are looking for a Customer Service Support to join our Rockfon team in Milano.
You will report to Customer service team leader
Place of work: Office Milano (Arco della Pace); 1 day home office/week

This is the role
Accurately process customer orders in SAP: validate products, quantities and lead times.
Apply pricing policy in coordination with Sales and prepare quotations for special requests.
Check product availability with factories and suppliers and trigger order preparation.
Coordinate logistics and transport with internal teams and third‑party providers.
Manage claims, credit requests and documentation (filing and archiving).
Support accounts receivable by following up on payments when requested.
Respond to customer and internal enquiries (availability, lead times, pricing, documentation, samples).
Perform weekly invoice/credit checks and contribute to monthly order‑portfolio and account close.
Visit customers to build relationships and support local business.
Participate in Group projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
· 3 + years’ of customer service experience in a similar role.
· Proficiency in SAP.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
· Customer focus, problem solving and result-orientation.
· Effective cross-functional approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Fluent in Italian and English
What we offer
Full‑time fixed‑term employment contract (12 months).

Gross annual salary (RAL) and contractual classification will be commensurate with the selected candidate’s experience, based on salary levels benchmarked and aligned with market trends. Meal vouchers worth €10/day. Paid leave for medical appointments (16 hours/year). 20 days of annual leave + 10 additional days of leave (per year). Health insurance according to the national collective labour agreement (CCNL). 1 day of smart working per week. Training programmes and courses to support your personal and professional development.
