Skills & Requirements
- Have excellent English communication skills.
- Having a Customer Service background experience
- IT Literacy (Google family, Google sheet formulas, Data Scrapper, etc).
- Ability to learn company-specific software if required.
- Adaptable, flexible, and resilient, able to cope with the pressure of managing the demands of a high-level volume of work and meeting deadlines.
- Proficient typing and transcription
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic Research and Data collection skills.
- Fast learner
- Preferably, to have a good understanding of English semantics.
Nice to have:
- Able to use Zendesk/Shopify/Freshdesk/Salesforce
- Solid understanding of CMS, HTML, CSS, JS, and web technologies
- Some experience with SQL queries and a willingness to learn more
- Strong design eye for content display is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist clients/customers with their inquiries and complaints.
- Identify issues.
- Give the clients/customers information about the products and services.
- Respond efficiently to client/customer inquiries.
- Provide excellent service standards.
- Creating spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes.
- Maintains the database by entering new and updated data regularly.
- Maintains data entry requirements by following procedures.
