- Help customers solve their requests via Live Chat and e-mail
- Resolve technical issues with an individual approach
- Respond to questions, research and troubleshoot issues, process, and adjust transactions
- Communicate with customers proactively and be polite, positive, and supportive
- Ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner
Working hours
- 7-9 hours shift, including paid breaks
- Evening / night shifts from the office
- Experience in customer support/ finance / fintech industry would be considered as advantage
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex things
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good stress-resistance and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal English and Russian communication skills
