Description
  • Help customers solve their requests via Live Chat and e-mail
  • Resolve technical issues with an individual approach
  • Respond to questions, research and troubleshoot issues, process, and adjust transactions
  • Communicate with customers proactively and be polite, positive, and supportive
  • Ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner

Working hours

  • 7-9 hours shift, including paid breaks
  • Evening / night shifts from the office
Requirements
  • Experience in customer support/ finance / fintech industry would be considered as advantage
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex things
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good stress-resistance and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal English and Russian communication skills
