Join our team as a Customer Support Specialist and be the go-to person for our valued customers. You’ll work directly with users through email, live chat and phone, ensuring they receive the support they need to get the most out of their EP experience. If you're proactive, enjoy problem-solving and are passionate about delivering top-notch customer service, we'd love to hear from you!
We are looking to hire 2 people for a full time, fixed term position from mid January to the end of March 2024. The hours we're looking to fill are 9am-6pm (x1), and 10am-7pm (x1). These roles may also require rotating weekend shifts.
What you will do in the role:
- Provide exceptional customer support via email, live chat, and phone
- Assist users with inquiries and issues, ensuring a smooth and positive experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems to help users maximise their experience with EP
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
- Maintain a proactive, solution-oriented approach to support requests
About you
- Have an efficient typing speed
- Have excellent spelling and grammar
- Have high attention to detail
- Have a high level of computer literacy
