Our solution uses NFC technology to enable real-time fuel monitoring and reporting, helping companies reduce waste, improve accountability, and optimize their fuel operations.

Today, PetroApp is expanding across 4 countries: Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Thailand, and Nigeria, with a growing international team building technology solutions for the energy, transportation, and fleet management sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information and assist customers with their questions and concerns.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward effective solutions.
• Follow up on customer issues to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal departments to address customer needs and resolve escalated cases.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Identify recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
