We are currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist to be based 100% onsite at our Jandakot site, Western Australia.
As the Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for processing orders, preparing correspondence, and fulfilling customer needs.
We are looking for someone with a willingness to work flexible hours, overtime, and occasional weekends as needed.
About the Role:
  • Quoting customers & providing product information
  • Customer order entry & order management
  • Customer account resolution & credit disposition
  • Customer returns & warranty management
  • Customer communication & training
  • Support customer special projects & programs
  • Collaborate effectively with other functions such as sales, supply chain & operations

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
  • 3+ years of customer support/customer service
  • 3+ years' experience with ERP systems such as SAP
  • Ability to handle high pressure situations
  • Experience with Excel and other Microsoft office tools
  • Experience working independently
  • Australian PR and above

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience with Smartsheets
  • Exposure to environments /roles such as Operations, Distribution Center, Aerospace, or similar
  • Experience performing data analysis and troubleshooting
