The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for consumers with enquiries, online orders, delivery difficulties, menu information, complaints and other service related issues. This work requires great communication skills, patience, problem solving abilities and the ability to provide exceptional customer service from your home.
Duties & Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries by email, phone, live chat or other appropriate channels. Assist consumers with online purchase, monitor order status, delivery address issues, cancelling & modifying orders as per Business requirements. Use the right business tools to tell your customers about the menu items you provide, ingredients, allergies, promotions and services. Respond to customer complaints and service concerns in a professional, empathic and solution-oriented manner. Send conflicts, difficult situations and repeated complaints to the right authorities. All client interactions, comments, complaints and corrective measures should be documented in the firm’s customer service system. Work with restaurant personnel, delivery suppliers and other departments to resolve consumer issues. Gather repeated questions from users.
