Job Description
- Provide the first line of support to our existing Greater China based customers.
- Understand client needs, and offer solutions to customers to solve their individual challenges and create efficiencies for their business
- Asist customers over the phone while also managing workload via the ticketing system
- Show/ demonstrate our software solutions to customers to assist solve individual challenges.
- Work closely with all members of the customer support team to deliver a best-in-class experience for existing and potential customers
- Work closely with other departments as required, such as sales and the second level support team
Qualifications
- Business level fluency of English and Chinese (Mandrin & Cantonese)
- Knowledge of operating systems and experience at least with two of the following, Windows®, Mac OS X®, Linux®, iOS®, Android®
- Qualifications in the field of IT or other relevant technical training is advantageous
- Experience working in a fast-paced customer support role, ideally via phone and ticketing system
- Self-motivated, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Working independently is just as important to you as team spirit
- Strong communication skills and passion for helping people
- Ability to pick up new software and processes quickly
