Your daily activities as a Customer Support Specialist will include:
- Client support (Phone, Chat, Email)
- Checking website content
- Content translations
- Control the pending applications
- Request documents from the clients
- Resolve tasks from the Compliance department
- Retention
- Cross-sell
- Upsell
- Additional tasks from Team Lead
Requirements
- Willingness to work with clients
- Willingness to work in Bulgarian working hours (09-18 BG time)
- English language B2 and higher
- Bulgarian language C1-C2 or native
- PC and MS Office knowledge
- Forex knowledge (would be good to have, but not mandatory)
Skills Required
- Fluent in Bulgarian (C1-C2)
- English language skills (B2 and higher)
- PC and MS Office knowledge
- Willingness to work in Bulgarian working hours (09-18 BG time)
- Forex knowledge (preferred)
