Job Type: This is a temporary / contractor position; the selected candidates will work as independent contractors. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to manage your time effectively.

Location: Remote in Argentina - Applicants must have a dedicated, quiet workspace that is sound-managed and their own computer, high-speed internet, headset, desk, and chair.

Duration: dependent on start date, ending on or around December 22, with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs.

Shifts: Shifts will occur between 9 AM and 11 PM, Mon – Fri, and between 9 AM and 9 PM, Sat & Sun, US EST.

Hours will be scheduled according to business requirements, ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week.

Wage: Hourly wage of $7 USD per hour


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in the English language via phone, email, and chat to US-based and international customers.
  • Advocate for customers by ensuring conscientious and respectful interactions.
  • Efficiently identify and address customer issues with practical solutions.
  • Process orders and provide detailed product/service information.
  • Follow up on outstanding matters and offer additional assistance where necessary.
  • Demonstrate a strong interest in product quality and brand alignment.
  • Exhibit independence, motivation, and a strong work ethic thriving with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptability to changing environments and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Collaborate effectively with U.S.-based team members.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge and company policies.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills; additional languages are not required.
  • Prefer prior experience in customer service.
  • Must have flexible availability, including weekends, with full-time availability preferred.
  • 100% remote position; applicants must have a dedicated, quiet workspace that is sound-managed.
  • Must provide their own computer, high-speed internet, headset, desk, and chair.
  • We require cameras to be on for all training, development, and coaching sessions.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and tools.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
