Responsibilities:
• Provide Italian-language support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with orders, product questions, and general inquiries.
• Document and track customer interactions for service improvement.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
Requirements:
• Strong Italian language skills (spoken and written).
• English proficiency is not required but helpful (you may use translation tools).
• Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred.
