Streamline Services, a leading HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical company in Durham, NC, is looking for Customer Support Representative to join our growing team! If you're a motivated, organized, and positive individual with a passion for helping people, we want to meet you!
What You'll Do:
- Be the first friendly voice our customers hear via phone, email, and online.
- Schedule appointments and provide information about our services.
- Help convert leads into booked services.
- Manage and prioritize technician schedules.
- Collaborate with field staff and customers for smooth job execution.
- Provide administrative support to keep things running smoothly.
- Utilize AI technology and office tools to streamline operations.
Requirements
What You Need:
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role (Dispatching a plus!)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Positive, calm, and helpful demeanor in fast-paced situations.
- Proficient with standard office software and experience using AI tools.
- A team player eager to learn and grow!
