As a Customer Support Officer in Lelystad, you'll play a key role in the successful implementation and launch of Arvato’s newest Tech location, while ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. At Arvato, you'll join our Tech division, supporting customers in an industry where accuracy, reliability, and quality are essential. Working with modern ERP and WMS systems, you'll collaborate with colleagues across multiple departments to ensure a seamless supply chain.

YOUR ROLE

As a Customer Support Officer, you'll coordinate and monitor outgoing customer orders from start to finish. You'll ensure orders are delivered according to agreed service levels, proactively resolve operational issues, and work closely with internal teams to keep the supply chain running smoothly.

Your responsibilities include:

• Monitoring outgoing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs);
• Tracking transport exceptions and resolving operational issues through system analysis and coordination;
• Analyzing operational data while monitoring KPIs, planning, and customer expectations;
• Identifying discrepancies between incoming and outgoing orders and collaborating with colleagues to resolve them;
• Supporting continuous process improvements by proactively identifying and addressing operational deviations.

You'll become part of the Customer Support team within our Tech division. Together with your colleagues, you'll work closely with Warehouse Operations, Planning, Transport, and our international customers to ensure excellent service every day. 

You'll primarily work during regular office hours. Depending on operational requirements, occasional flexibility may be needed.

• A gross monthly salary between €2,607 and €3,349 based on a 40-hour workweek depending on your experience;

YOUR PROFILE

We're looking for a customer-focused Customer Support Officer who enjoys working in a dynamic logistics environment and thrives on solving operational challenges.

• MBO+/HBO working and thinking level;
• Good command of the English language, both spoken and written;
• Experience with Microsoft Excel;
• Experience with ERP and/or WMS systems (e.g. SAP) is a plus;
• Strong analytical skills with a process-oriented mindset;
• Customer-focused, proactive, and a strong communicator;
• Enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment.
