Looking for a professional with 4-8 years of experience in Body Shop and Customer Service. A training facilitator to create, organize and deliver training to the body shop advisors & managers on the software solutions provided.
Responsibilities
- Visiting to dealerships and providing physical or virtual trainings of our product. Keeping track of the training schedule, ensuring timely arrival at training sessions.
- Developing regular reports to evidence training and improvement in training.
- Maintaining records of attendance, feedback and materials.
- Creating materials for the training sessions. Measures training effectiveness based on usage validation and feedback.
- Providing continuous support, Training facilitators must provide support for learners before, during, and after the training session.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to the workshop topics.
- Flexible & open to travel at multiple locations on day-to-day basis.
- Local Language understanding. Multi-lingual would be an added advantage.
- Open & flexible in adopting new software technologies & learning’s, thereby skilled to impart the same across the region.
- Automobile background or experience of working in a body shop/service shop, would be an added advantage.
