As a Customer Support Chat Intern, you will support our customer experience team by providing exceptional assistance to students, parents, and educators through online chat. This internship is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about technology, education, and customer service while developing their communication, problem-solving, and professional skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
  • Assist students, parents, and educators with questions about our programs, services, and platform.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to the e-learning platform.
  • Guide new users through the registration and onboarding process.
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and feedback accurately.
  • Escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Support the customer support team in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements
  • Junior & senior students, and fresh graduates
  • Currently pursuing a degree or relevant coursework in communication, education, or a related field.
  • Excellent written English communication skills (B2 level or above); fluency is highly preferred.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and empathetically with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations efficiently.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required. Fresh graduates and undergraduate students are welcome to apply.
