Experience:                            1 to 5 years
Location:                                Navrangpura, Ahmedabad - WFO until training - then Hybrid
Work Time:                           US Business hours (9 working hours between 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM IST as per assigned shift)
Work Day / Hours:               5 days week - 45 hours a week  
Role type:                               Permanent/Full time


About Role:
We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to manage customer queries and complaints through Voice Calls and Emails using different portals. Good verbal and written communication skills are requisite!


Must Have:
  • Excellent English communication skills - Both verbal and written
  • Willingness to work in US shift 
  • Willingness for long-term association with Peopletree

Initial training of 3-4months will be Compulsory WFO
Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through Voice Calls/Email.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing the workflow inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
