- Frontline hero for InfinitePay: guide customers from quick questions to complex issues.
- Own outcomes end-to-end: diagnose, resolve, and follow through.
- Turn friction into delight and long-term loyalty.
What You'll Do:
- Support customers across chat, email, and phone with fast, precise responses.
- Troubleshoot deeply; identify root causes and ship fixes/workarounds.
- Retain customers with creative, practical solutions.
- Close the loop: follow-ups and callbacks until 100% resolve
Who You Are:
- Excellent communicator with a customer-first mindset.
- Analytical problem-solver; owns issues to completion.
- Detail-oriented, quick learner of new tools/processes.
- Fluent in Portuguese; comfortable in English for internal comms.
- Tech-savvy: basics of SQL/prompting; Ruby/Python a plus.
- Passionate about AI and its impact on CX.
