This listing is for one paid task in the Kled app: "Customer Support Conversations". There is no interview and no minimum hours: download the app, open the task, and you are paid per accepted submission.

Accepted: Complete thread from opening to close, both sides present.
Pay$0.95 per accepted conversation. At a typical pace of about 3.5 minutes per conversation, that is about $16 per hour. A 20-minute session of about 6 conversations pays about $5.70. 1 to 2 conversations per submission. You are paid per accepted submission (piecework, independent contractor); submissions that break the rules are not paid. Payouts are made in the app (PayPal, Venmo or a Solana wallet).

Search "Customer Support Conversations", read the brief and follow the on-screen steps.
Submit. Accepted submissions are paid in the app.
